Delivery options and charges are shown during checkout. The exact delivery time may depend on the customer's location, the selected delivery method and product availability.
Delivery times below are estimates. Actual delivery may take a little longer during high order volumes or public holidays.
Delivery Within Greater Accra
- Delivery within Accra — 3–5 days, Free. Pay on Delivery or Pay before Delivery.
- Pick Up — Collect after order confirmation, Free. Pay online now or pay at the pickup shop.
Delivery Outside Accra (All Other Regions)
- Merged Delivery — Free, approximately 7 days. Your parcel travels grouped together with other orders heading to your area.
- Deliver Separately — GH₵8.00 dispatch fee, approximately 7 days. Your parcel is sent on its own rather than grouped with other orders.
